So that means, if you do have another car or truck in the household, you can use this on other vehicles, which is also nice because it's very easy just to clip on and off. Another question you might have is how does it fit, especially at high speeds, since it is a universal fit You can see how it is actually pretty tight on there, with these rubber straps. Rob: Hey everybody. It's Rob here at etrailer.com. And today we're going to be taking a look at the CIPA dual-view towing mirror on our 2018 Jeep Cherokee. Now, we got our Cherokee hooked up to our trailer here, and you can clearly see me in the factory mirror. But the problem comes in is if I start stepping away. Whenever we're pulling a trailer, we really need to pay attention to that outside lane, whenever we're on the highway, we need to change lanes or possibly when we're pulling over the campgrounds or parking our trailer.But again, once I move away, it's going to be really hard to keep track of me. more

Hey everybody, it's Rob here at etrailer.com, and today we're going to be taking a look at the CIPA clip-on towing mirror on our 2018 Jeep Cherokee. Now, here I am in the back of my trailer, hooked up to our Cherokee and you can see me in the factory mirror. But the problem comes in when I step away, you're going to lose track of me, but that's where a towing mirror is going to help out.It's going to give you that wider field of view so you can see to the lane over, so you can safely make that lane change, park your trailer, or possibly even just pull up at the campgrounds. That wider field of view definitely helps out seeing everything and it gives us the confidence that we can safely get down the road. Because, let's face it, it's not really a good practice to stick your head out the window, to see what's going on with your trailer behind you.Now, our towing mirror is going to secure itself to our factory mirror, and again provide us an additional mirror so we can see what's going on. Now, the mirror itself is fully adjustable. more

I'm standing back here at the back of my trailer, and you can clearly see me in the factory mirror, but the problem arises when I step away. You're going to look track of me in the factory mirror, but you'll see me again in our towing mirror. That's because it's going to give us a really wide field of view and let us know what's going on when we're driving down the road. K Source Universal Clip-On Towing Mirror Installation - 2015 Jeep Cherokee- Video
Today on our 2015 Jeep Cherokee we're going to be taking a look at the K Source Universal Towing Mirror, part number KS3891. Now here I am at the back of my trailer. Now you can see me clearly in the factory mirror but if I step off to the side you lose track of me in the factory mirror, but that's where our tow mirror comes into play. It's going to give you a wider field of view allowing you to keep an eye on your trailer whether you're driving down the highway, parking, or even trying to get into a camp ground. So here's what our mirror looks like fully installed, and we actually have the option with this mirror if we want to tall angle of view like this, or if we come to the back and remove the screw, we can actually remove our mirror and we can put it back in this way and actually have more of a wide angle view. Now the clamps here actually go in between the housing and the mirror glass itself, so we're not going to lose the function of our factory mirror. We're still going to be able to adjust up and down, as well as left and right. more

Today on our 2016 Jeep Cherokee we're going to be doing a test fit of the CIPA Dual View Clip-On Towing Mirror, part number 11953. It offers us a wide field of view. It's going to allow us to safely and easily change lanes, pass, park, or even back up while towing a small trailer or camper. As you can see I'm visible in the towing mirror, but not the factory mirror. Between the larger and the smaller mirror, the larger one is going to give an accurate perspective of what's behind us, while the smaller one acts as a spot mirror. It's going to increase safety when changing and passing lanes. more

It's going to allow us to safely and easily change lanes, pass, park, or even back up while towing a trailer or camper. As you can see I'm visible in the towing mirror, but not the factory mirror. Now if I take a few steps in towards my trailer, as you can see there's no blind spot by the way we have it set up, but this is the view you'd get with just your factory mirror. The mirror itself can be rotated 360 degrees. So if you'd like to turn it to that horizontal position you have that option. more

Today on our 2015 Jeep Cherokee, we're going to be taking a look at the Cipa Clip-On Towing Mirror, part number 7070. Now here I am at the back of our trailer and you can clearly see me in the factory mirror, but if I take a few steps out, you lose track of me in the factory mirror, but that's where our towing mirror comes into play. Whether you're driving down the road and just need to keep an eye on your trailer or if you're parking or getting in a changing lanes in a close quarter situation, that's where we're going to benefit having a towing mirror. So here's what our towing mirror looks like fully installed. It's going to allow us to move our mirror left and right, up and down, and even for a wide angle view, we can rotate our mirror and get a different angle. We're still going to be able to retail all the factory functions of our mirror being able to adjust it to the left, right, up, down, and even diagonally. We're even able to keep the function of folding our mirror in. Now the way it's going to attach is it's going to use two rubber straps, so we don't have to worry about any scratches or abrasion on the finish of our car. more

Today on our 2016 Jeep Cherokee, we'll be taking a look at the K Source Universal Towing Mirror, part number KS3891. Here in our factory mirror, we can see all the way to the back of our trailer, but if I step out to the side, we lose the visibility in our factory mirror but gain it in our K Source Towing Mirror. What's great about this is it will help when passing other vehicles or trying to park with your trailer attached. The K Source Universal Towing Mirror inaudible 00:00:27 towing long loads on the road. The mirror itself pivots for adjustable fields of view when driving. The mirror face dimensions are 7 3/4 inches by 5 1/8 inches. The adjustable straps ratchet down to give a secure, snug fit. more
